“The website reported having UK size 3s in stock and upon ordering I received an email 36 hours later to let me know that they were not in stock. As the shoes were for a birthday present and I had specifically ordered with First Position because they were advertising the shoes as 'in stock' this was frustrating. However, once the alternative pair arrived and we had tried them on, First Position have a simple and swift returns/exchange system in place that was easy to use and they ended up sending me a pair of size UK 3s very promtly (too late for the birthday sadly) but they were very much appreciated as a late present.”

“From ordering the tap shoes on Friday night I revieved them on Monday morning using standard post, this in my opinion was great service! And extremely handy as they were my daughters birthday present and needed for Tuesday!!! Thank you!”

“The customer service operators were wonderful and the products are of a high quality. However the website had a technicial issue and one of products was showing out of stock when it was actually in stock. Also it would be helpful if the website provided more specific sizing information.”
