“Quick and easier to order and delivery came the next day which, when you have a 5 year old anxious for her ballet uniform, was fantastic. Had to return an item and found that process a bit tricky as for some reason, I could not download the return form. Managed to sort it out with the help of your service team. would definitely recommend 1st position again.”

“I paid for next day delivery. When my parcel did not arrive I contacted First Position though the website and they were very helpful. The parcel was delivered the next morning and I have been refunded the delivery cost.”

“Glad to see cruelty free shoes, but not enough choice. Hope to see modern companies moving forward and start using ethical material for shoes instead of killing innocent animals :( Synthetic material is better for all us animals, and kinder to the environment.”

“My order was delivered impeccably and faster than I thought possible. A big thank you for that, I really appreciate it! But the order itself was confusing: I had ordered ballet canvas shoes in size US 7.5 (displayed on First Position site as the equivalent of UK 5.5), and the model I received is too small - although it displays the US 7.5 size. So I'm not sure if your size equivalence is actually correct. I will have to return the order. Thank you! Kind regards, Gabriela”

“I have a query though - one of your colleagues phoned me to let me know that because the package didn't arrive the next day (I had pay £5 for this to happen), i would be refunded for the transport - could you possibly confirm is this is the case and when will the refund be effective? “I bought a leotard/tutu for my tall grand daughters seventh birthday. I chose the 8-10 sizing. It arrived in 24 hours and I sent it on immediately. It arrived on her birthday.....but was too small. I believe her mother has sent back within 24 hours. Delivery has been prompt and the garment looked lovely.”

“The products was not good. I wanted footless black tights and I am petite but these would fit a child. I am 5 ft 1 " and 7 and a half stone. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he was just perfect telling me how to return the product. Brilliant but don't think I will use the company again. I hope to get a refund. Top marks for service, very good but not impressed by the product.”
