“The item arrived next day - excellent service. Nice material and a beautiful colour, the only problem is that it is slightly too large, but I am very tall and a smaller size would be too short, its easier to take it in than make it longer so I am used to this. otherwise very happy with it.”

“When a problem occurred (non-delivery of sent item) the company advised me on checks to make. When the item could not be found they re-issued the item without quibble for delivery the following morning, thus avoiding a very upset 5yr old at Easter. Follow-up customer service was commenbdable.”

“First Position responded quickly to my email with the relevant information. Unfortunately the product was not quite up to the standard I expected and the fit was not great. Awaiting refund having returned the order to First Position”

“The shoes I ordered arrived quickly, even with standard delivery. Good customer service when I rang to enquire about appropriate shoe sizing and returns. I did need to return a pair of shoes and the process of returns was easy, with a prepaid postage label.”
