“"The ballet shoes look like they are very low quality and their elastic bands have been sewed twisted. The ballet cardigan has a very strong rubber smell that can be smelled even after washing it twice." The customer service at First position is extremely efficient and professional. They have replaced the ballet shoes and made me change my mind over buying again from them. Thank you!”

“delivery was quick jazz shoes great quality ballet shoes too small but I am not worried because there is a great returns policy so no problems there .so when refund comes through my daughter has her eye on a leotard”

“I ordered a leotard and a pair of transition tights - both have been very comfortable and stretchy for dance, however: The gusset area on the leotard was a little wide for me (personally) and when wearing the tights in "footless mode" I would end up having a bulge were I tucked the foot under at the ankle, which seemed a little awkward to me? All in all, high quality, great comfort but also a couple of minor flaws for me personally.”

“Quick delivery everything was okay nothing was damaged. However there was a problem and it wasn't a big one. It was the fact that the package didn't have a return form. This is a small problem however some people might not have a printer and have to go to a place where there is one. This might be frustrating to some/ most.”
