“I ordered a leotard and a pair of transition tights - both have been very comfortable and stretchy for dance, however: The gusset area on the leotard was a little wide for me (personally) and when wearing the tights in "footless mode" I would end up having a bulge were I tucked the foot under at the ankle, which seemed a little awkward to me? All in all, high quality, great comfort but also a couple of minor flaws for me personally.”

“Quick delivery everything was okay nothing was damaged. However there was a problem and it wasn't a big one. It was the fact that the package didn't have a return form. This is a small problem however some people might not have a printer and have to go to a place where there is one. This might be frustrating to some/ most.”

“I ordered a pair of 1st Position Cuban Heel Leather Character Shoes for my daughter. The service and the shoes were great but unfortunately they did not fit (too big) - she needed them urgently and I did not have time to reorder in a different size, so unfortunately I will have to return them.”

“The website and order process were very simple to use. Order dispatched quickly and shoes were of good quality at reasonable price. Only disappointment was that I paid for next day delivery but your courier let you down massively, first tracking the order as having been delivered then telling me card had been put through the door, then that the delivery hadn't actually been attempted but would be within the following few hours. Eventually after arguments with delivery service we were told the parcel was actually back at their depot and would be delivered by a different driver on his way home.....waited in all day for a 7.30pm delivery. Wouldn't use you again if I needed guaranteed next day....not because of First Position but because of your choice of courier.”
