Thank you for your review. It is good to hear that you are happy with our service. On the website it does say "Please allow up to 72 hours (3 working days) between order placement and despatch of your order.". Once they are with the Delivery Service we no longer have any control over the delivery date and time. To ensure a speedier service, orders can be placed on a working day, before 3pm on a next business day delivery and they will be despatched on the same day.

“The skirts I ordered were very good quality. The company sent emails with order confirmation and once the order was sent. They offer free returns for products in resellable packaged condition. Which is helpful.”

“Pleased with the products but communication about a refund for the items I'd returned (I'd bought 2 sizes of the ballet shoes) was poor, but sorted promptly once I emailed them.”

“Orders have always arrived quickly. The only thing I would say is please ensure you have the return forms in the parcel not everyone has access to a printer.”

Thank you for the review and the good comments about the speed of delivery. If you do not have a printer you can write the codes, sizes and quantities on a plain piece of paper with your name and address and invoice number and put that in the parcel.

“Absolutely love Dance Direct- it's been really helpful for sourcing uniform for the families in my dance school. A couple of improvement points: 1) Improve delivery time from order time as some times orders take weeks to arrive 2) Some of your baby blue leotards advertised as 'sky blue' arrive in either baby blue or lavender blue- this has been frustrating for several families.”
