“Orders some ballet shoes which arrived promptly, sent some back to exchange but still waiting for delivery. Exchange times could be quicker but apart from that a good company to buy from.”

“Great product, but paid for next day delivery and the item came the day after it should have. I emailed dance direct to ask for a refund the delivery, i am still waiting to hear back ??”

“Very precise size chart. Great choice of different dance wear for reasonable prices. Quick shipping. Loved the free returns postage label. Very easy to use. Would have preferred a physical returns form in the package, though, due to lack of printer. All in all good shopping experience. Thank you.”

Thank you for the lovely review. As far as having no printer is concerned we do have a link on the website https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/ which gives the opportunity for Parcel Collect; no printer required.
