“Dance direct is very helpful and has great customer service. My reason for rating a 4 and not a 5, is due to the quality of a leotard I received. It had metal poppers to clasp behind the neck, and they fell apart the first time I tried to clasp and unclasp them. Luckily it's an easy fix with some hot glue, but it was a little disappointing nonetheless.”

“Excellent quality with speedy delivery. Simple returns procedure Love my daughter costume. It’s bright, colourful and excellent quality. Better packaging and spending so much time trying to straighten the costume out which is disappointing”

“Easy to shop website. Shame about the shipping costs each time you order though as since my daughter couldn't try the shoes we had to return them twice costing us shipping twice...”

There is a free return label available from the website which reduces the cost of returns but I will pass on your comments.

The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. If you need to change them please do so using the returns process outlined on the website.
