“Quick delivery, great item. Having to exchange as sadly ballet shoes are too small for my little girl but have requested next size up.”

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. I am pleased that the other items were ok.

“Purchased my daughters first pair of dance shoes. Took me a while to decipher the sizing but got there eventually. Postage was ok, slightly longer than I'd hope. Shoes are good quality.”

“Good company for keeping in contact the only this I would say anyone from Ireland buying be careful you have to pay customs my order was 22 I had to pay 8.99 extra to receive them.. it should tell on website”

Thank you for the review. There is a section on the website that states "If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. From the 1st January 2021 this also includes EU countries. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance or additional documentation. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information." but perhaps we need to make this more prominent.

“Easy to navigate website and good Products. The only critique would be to have more contact/update with the customer regarding their delivers (eg. If its on track or if its been shipped/delivered etc.). Good otherwise. :)”

“Absolutely beautiful embroidery on my leotard of Rose's and I recommend to my friends in dance college as its very difficult to find designs that arnt completely plain, my only reason for not 5 stars was that the leotard fits perfectly apart from the straps which I am having ajusted as they are too tight, but other that that its gorgous! :)”

“My little girl has been dancing for a year now and her feet just keep growing so fast! Dance Direct always offer reasonable, beautiful tap shoes and ballet slippers that arrive quickly and in a lovely condition. I would highly recommend them for all of your dancing shoes.”

“I ordered the wrong item, it was really easy to switch the items and return the old ones. Service was very quick. My only markdown is the limited availability of dance skirts for anyone who has waist size larger than 30. I'm a size 8/10 and waist size 31.5cm and there were only 2 options.”
