Dance direct is very helpful and has great customer service. My reason for rating a 4 and not a 5, is due to the quality of a leotard I received. It had metal poppers to clasp behind the neck, and they fell apart the first time I tried to clasp and unclasp them. Luckily it's an easy fix with some hot glue, but it was a little disappointing nonetheless.
