“I'd definitely give Dance Direct a 5/5 stars and definitely recommend to other dancers! The service was extremely quick and I always had good communication via email about my order. I didn't have any queries or any need to make returns of the purchase but i would have felt confident doing so as i always felt i had good communication.”

“Fairly quick delivery and fairly simple returns, replacing a faulty item without any issue. However if I’d known how long exchanges take I would’ve just returned and reordered.”

I am sorry you did not get as quick a delivery as you wanted. Once we despatch the parcel it is in the hands of the Courier and we have no control over their operations. Please contact hello@dancedirect.com who will organise a refund for you.

“When my tap shoes fell apart two weeks before a show, Dance Direct came to the rescue! They have a fantastic range of styles to choose from and I found my perfect shoes ❤️ They arrived promptly and well packaged so I was able to wear them in before taking to the stage! Would highly recommend Dance Direct.”
