“Purchases came quickly and in good condition. The sizes are way too small though - please remember not all dancers are super slim, especially amateur dancers who will still use the site. Had to regift some tights, size large, because they were too small for me (I'm a UK size 14-16).”

Thank you for your review. It is good to hear your order arrived promptly. I am sorry that the tights did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

“The fact you can’t return tights if you get the wrong size is not a good thing as you have then just wasted money even if you go by the measurements they provide”

For reasons of hygiene you cannot return tights and underwear once they have been opened and tried on, unless they are faulty. We can only accept returned items which are in a saleable condition and once tights have been tried on we cannot resell them.

“I ordered a skirt that was too small and emailed to ask how to exchange and got no reply. So I return it. There was no returns form so I had to print one myself and have returned it and had no reply or confirmation or refund as yet. Poor customer service.”

I am so sorry you did not get a response to your email. I have tracked it and it was caught in our Spam Security system and was not released to our Customer Service Team. It is part of our returns process for you to download and print off the returns form and get a link to free returns. It can take up to 14 days for us to process returns once we receive them so the refund should be with you shortly. Once again I am sorry the service you received was not up to our usual standard.
