“Quick delivery. Jazz shoes look good quality for good price however not tried yet. Didn’t have return slip in the pack (shoes from first order were too big so had to order another pair and was thinking of returning it but decided to leave for later maybe).”

Thank you for your review. If you want to return the shoes please see the section Returns on the Dance Direct website which will tell you what to do and just write the invoice number and your customer number on a sheet of paper and pop it in the parcel. You have 28 days from receipt to decide whether to return them or not.

“Happy with the products, but if the items have to be sent in separate parcels it would be helpful to include a note in the first parcel or even send an email, as I was left wondering if I was going to receive my items or a refund”

We have more than one warehouse but only ship from one of them. Rather than delaying sending out an order we sometimes split it to make sure you do not have to wait for the whole order to be consolidated. I will pass on your comment to the despatch team about notifying you.

“Delivery too a while in first order. Have resent back one pair of shoes for exchange for different size - so interested to see how long it takes to receive.”

“Was slightly disappointed the order took a whole week to arrive hence the 4 stars but once out for delivery i did receive the following day . Shoes arrived as described , i feel they were a good price compared to other site . Will use again in future”

I am sorry there was a delay in despatching your order. Due to the current circumstances we are operating social distancing measures in our warehouse, but we are now endeavouring to keep to 3 working days between order placement and despatch of the order. I am pleased that you liked the shoes when they did finally arrive.

“Very good quality, easy purchase and arrived quickly. Disappointed that the large Plume leotards purchased didn’t fit my size 10 daughter but may just be the brand. The large Plume leggings fitted a treat and were good quality- will use again”

“Very happy with the quality of the jazz shoes and gymnastics acro 2-piece leotards ordered. The orders also arrived on time, and one delayed item was split out and delivered separately, so as not to hold up the other items. I returned one of the leotards, to be replaced by one in a larger size; I'm hoping that the larger size is still available, as it could not be held until the smaller size was returned.”

“I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. They were good quality and all items were correct. I did have to chase the delivery as it was a little delayed which meant my daughter didn’t get them in time for her dance lesson but the lady i spoke To when chasing the delivery was apologetic, kind and clear in her explanation of why the shoes were delayed. She dealt with the inquiry very well. I understand that at this strange time (covid) delivery time is variable for many companies. Given the circumstances, I feel the service was good and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Dance Direct again in the future. Many thanks.”
