“All staff I spoke to on the phone or via live chat were extremely helpful, especially Heather. However, the website doesn’t appear to reflect the items in stock, which has proved very frustrating.”

“The ballet shoes I ordered came swiftly. They look beautiful, professional and of good quality. They are a Christmas present for my granddaughter so have not been worn yet, so I can only go on appearances. The only thing is the red colour is darker than I expected, so maybe the description needs to be more specific.”

“Got the order in time (box a bit damaged, hence the 4 *) Had to return it for the next size up and the process is really easy to return. I have not had the replacement yet but have no reason to think this will be a problem at all.”
