“I’ve purchased ballet shoes and a ballet vanity case from Dance Direct. The shoes are great and very reasonably priced. The vanity case isn’t sturdy and not like a case unfortunately, though the design is pretty. I’m not confident it will last long. Generally happy with Dance Direct and delivery is usually quite quick.”

“I received my items which were unfortunately a size too small so I have returned them and asked for an exchange for the next size up. I am still waiting for confirmation they have been returned successfully so new items can be shipped but so far my experience has not been a bad one.”

Thank you for the review. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. Your exchange should be with you soon.

“They have a good selection of dancewear at affordable prices and their customer service is responsive when there are any issues, returns are processed in the window stated. Have had one or two issues with discrepancies in item descriptions on their website, and return funds, so have knocked off a star. But overall very good experience.”

“Living in the Isle of Man we are limited to any dance shops! Dance direct has an array of different brands so super easy to online shop with them. Fast delivery and easy refund service.”

“Lovely looking leotard when on nice design slightly to small for my daughter just managed to fit her in, and there was a slight buckle where the stitches joined the back piece to the front piece, couldn't send it back as needed it for an exam which she had the following week”

I am sorry that the leotard did not fit well. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

“Dance direct gas a diverse array of stock .. I had a few isdilues with getting contact back from them I had to go to PayPal to get a response but I finally got a response but it wasn't very helpful as I was questioning sizing as the 2 original sizes I purchased didn't measure up with the online size guide coming up quite a bit smaller”
