“Paid for next day delivery, ordering on Wednesday and no delivery on Friday and no notification from delivery company nor dance direct when requested advice regarding when I should expect delivery. Two days later before contact from dance direct.”

“Nice quality items and very durable. Some clothing sizes run quite small though which I would be wary of. They have an amazing range of items though and they aren’t really over expensive like a lot of dance places are”

“Ordering was super easy and the price really reasonable. My only complaint is that I paid for express delivery however my parcel took 6 days to arrive so the extra delivery cost was a waste of money.”

“Most of my items were very good and all were good quality but just a bit disappointed that one of my tights were way smaller than expected.”

“I’ve purchased ballet shoes and a ballet vanity case from Dance Direct. The shoes are great and very reasonably priced. The vanity case isn’t sturdy and not like a case unfortunately, though the design is pretty. I’m not confident it will last long. Generally happy with Dance Direct and delivery is usually quite quick.”

“I received my items which were unfortunately a size too small so I have returned them and asked for an exchange for the next size up. I am still waiting for confirmation they have been returned successfully so new items can be shipped but so far my experience has not been a bad one.”

Thank you for the review. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. Your exchange should be with you soon.

“They have a good selection of dancewear at affordable prices and their customer service is responsive when there are any issues, returns are processed in the window stated. Have had one or two issues with discrepancies in item descriptions on their website, and return funds, so have knocked off a star. But overall very good experience.”
