“Great product, great price, friendly customer service team and do what they say will do. Just be warned- exchange process is slow which is why I have dropped a star. (They say it will take upto 14 days, and I had hoped it would be a lot sooner- it wasn't- it took the full 14 days to process which left me nearly 3 weeks from sending my return to receiving my new pair)”

Thank you for the review and your positive comments on our company. Unfortunately due to delays in the postal/courier services the return process can take up to 14 days but the team do their best to make sure credits are done as swiftly as possible.

“So far so good. The leotard I ordered was too small unfortunately so I'm waiting on a replacement. The return was free though so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the next size up fits better.”

I am sorry that the leotard did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. I hope the replacement is just right.

“Everything is really good, good product range and prices. I ordered a bloch leotard but there was no size chart which made my order a bit more time consuming as I had to find the same leotard at the bloch website but other than that everything was great.”

“It was my first time ordering some items from Dance Direct. It was very straight forward with many options.I do have to say finding the right size was abit tricky but most sizes are there.”

“Great company, unfortunately I had to return the shoes as I was looking for a wider fit and they don’t stick wide fit jazz shoes but the shoes that came were good quality, the return was smooth and refunded swiftly.”
