I am sorry that the dress and shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. Please feel free to return them.

“Terrible customer service. The shoes they sent were far smaller than standard sizing and when I sent photos comparing the shoe they sent to a normal EU41 and advising that I thought it had been labelled incorrectly, I was told that dance shoes always come up smaller. They therefore refused to refund postage. The sizing chart on their website however, gave no indication of this. If the shoes are not standard sizing this should be stated on the website with some guidance. Otherwise how is anyone meant to know what size to order?!”

Shoe manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.
