“One of my purchased goods was out of stock and canceled, and I was informed of it after shipment of the rest of my order. I thought it was unfair because the cancelled item was the one I really wanted.”

“Ordering and payment very user friendly and easy to use. Delivery in good time. Unfortunately the shoes were a bit small, however, return and exchange for a larger size was easy and efficient and I am now awaiting the delivery of my karger shoes.”

“Great products and prices are very competitive only downside is the £3.95 delivery but this is actually pretty standard cost for most online purchases these days, and actually returns are free so that’s very helpful.”
