“Very fast delivery and the size chart is very useful- as long as you measure all areas according to the chart is it very hard to pick the wrong size. Leotards all very comfortable, though material creases easily.”

“Very quick delivery, but I need to pay postage for both buying and returning, I am not happy with that. Especially like shoes, can cost a lot so get it returned. So I try my best to buy from somewhere else because to be honest shoes size is all varied by brands and type of shoes, very difficult to make it right. I still got too large tap shoes for my daughter makes me feel very bitter.”

Sizing can vary between different brands, our customer service team can assist with any queries you may have. Please be aware we offer free tracked returns/exchanges to customers in the UK. You can download the returns label from the website.

“Good service provided and fast delivery. Had one issue when ordering something that wasn’t in stock but it was delivered fast when they replenished their stock. The website search facility doesn’t seem to work. The staff I’ve spoke to on the phone are very helpful!”

“Although this product was more expensive than other companies that sell my item it wa super fast delivery and I was always updated on the where abouts of my parcel which I appreciate.”

“Lovely lovely order. Colour was a little different (but still good). Customer service was amazing. One suggestion: maybe use dancers or ambassadors to model the products, and not in studios? I'd love to see the product I'm action before I purchase. Love!”

“I ordered a pair of size 8 tap shoes which were sent quite quickly unfortunately they were to small I got onto customer care and they answered straight away and sent a returns form phone and a label was very impressed”

“Quick delivery with great options and a very good website. Only note to self is that the site's advice to buy leather ballet shoes one and a half sizes up was a little much as the shoes were big - most other sites advise one size up and that would have been better.”

“Very happy with the service from first position. Delivery was fast and was notified when item was dispatched. Only negative is the mark up on the price, almost £20 more than the cost on the brand site, the only reason I bought it here was because it was out of stock everywhere else!”
