“My only complaint is that I cannot track my package. I live in the United States so things, do take a while to ship to me. Would be nice to be able to track it. Otherwise, the customer service and the quality of the items ordered were excellent!”

“The service was great and the products are high quality but the leotard - which is required by my daughter's dance school - is extremely low cut in front. She hates wearing it because she feels cold and exposed. She's just a child - is there any need to make dance synonymous with being semi-naked? I don't see why females young and old are constantly pressured to wear as little clothing as possible. Please make the leotards more appropriate and comfortable for children. Thanks!”

“I ordered a size 10 ballet shoe as my daughter is 9.5 in her shoes. The ballet shoes are too small. I feel that they need to advise buying at least a size bigger than the child's actual shoe size. I would like to add that First Position did get in contact to apologise, appreciated my point and of course offered a refund.”

“Free postage and free returns make this a good purchase but it took an awful of of chasing to get the order away even though I'd confirmed with the primary shoe suppliers that all five pairs ordered were in stock ready for next day dispatch. Sort this glitch out and you'd be the clear go to site for shoes.”

“speedy delivery, good returns procedure. Only issue sizing ordered uk size 1 on arrival too small. not sure how the sizing works for this site. I have since been advised to order x2 sizes bigger. however will visit a shop that sells the same to allow my daughter to try size.”

“I was really pleased with everything I ordered, the tap shoes are fabulous, the tights are beautiful and soft, the little bag is gorgeous and the hair bits are just what I wanted. It would have been 5 stars if you didn't have to spend £40 to get free postage!”
