“Both items were too small, I am still waiting on larger size character shoes and have not been refunded full amount for ballet shoes, I am £4 short and would like this resolved please”

Thank you for the review. The shoes have been refunded in full. The difference in the amount was the postage charge which we do not refund as we offer a free returns service so you do not have to pay twice.

“Good company for keeping in contact the only this I would say anyone from Ireland buying be careful you have to pay customs my order was 22 I had to pay 8.99 extra to receive them.. it should tell on website”

Thank you for the review. There is a section on the website that states "If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. From the 1st January 2021 this also includes EU countries. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance or additional documentation. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information." but perhaps we need to make this more prominent.

“Bought a my first pair of Bloch kickline. Unfortunately the size I ordered was a little too snug so had to send back for an exchange. The process was actually very easy and received my new item within a week even though it can take at least 2 weeks to process. I would recommend going up half a size of your normal shoe size in this shoe and it may not be suitable if you have very wide feet. Very happy with my purchase :)”

I am sorry that the shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. I am so pleased that you were happy with the team for sorting the issue so quickly.
