“I love my new ballet practice shoes! They are from First Position and are so comfortable, fit well and do not slip. I love the colour. I have returned to ballet after many years .Seniors ballet with Silver Swans. The service from Dance Direct has been fantastic every time I ordered something .Very fast , very impressive.Thank you !”

“Good availability of all items, dispatched quickly and was able to track delivery. Good to have free returns when ordering multiple sizes of ballet shoes which can be difficult to fit.”

“en plus de la commande reçu 2 semaines après, des frais de douanes sont facturés à hauteur de 18 euros. c'est terminé nous ne commanderons plus sur votre site bien que nous avions la possibilité de payer les frais moins cher via le site dans un délai bien déterminé mais bizarrement après plusieurs manipulations impossible d'accéder avec la N° DU COLIS. Pour ma part, je ne commanderai plus sur ce site”

Toutes les informations concernant les frais de douanes sont indiquées sur notre site ( https://www.dancedirect.fr/info-ddfr-customers ). Vous pouvez aussi y accéder en cliquant sur le lien de notre page d'accueil situé sous la bannière principale. Comme vous pouvez le lire, les droits de douane sont gratuits pour les commandes inférieures a 150 € mais la TVA et le frais de déboursement restent cependant a payer. Veuillez noter que nous vendons mondialement et que les politiques douanières varient considérablement d'un pays à un autre. Cela est aussi la raison pour laquelle nous vendons maintenant tous nos produits hors taxes. Nous comprenons que cela puisse poser des problèmes à nos clients et avons tout récemment créé un système capable de les calculer ainsi que de les prépayer. Malheureusement cela est pour l'instant disponible uniquement pour les commandes supérieures à 140 €. Vous êtes en droit de les refuser. Dans ce cas votre commande nous est renvoyée et nous procédons à un remboursement dès sa réception dans nos locaux. Nous nous engageons à livrer dans les délais inscrits sur notre site Delivery FR (dancedirect.fr) mais il est possible que le colis reste bloqué a douane pour frais impayés. Nous vous prions de contacter notre service clientèle en cas de problème de livraison ou pour amples informations. Nous vous remercions et restons à votre disposition pour tout complément.

“Both items were too small, I am still waiting on larger size character shoes and have not been refunded full amount for ballet shoes, I am £4 short and would like this resolved please”

Thank you for the review. The shoes have been refunded in full. The difference in the amount was the postage charge which we do not refund as we offer a free returns service so you do not have to pay twice.
