“I would like to thank all the staff of cruise 118 from when I booked my first cruise several years ago to the present day. They have always had time to be helpful. I would like to especially thank Clair Kettingham for guiding me through all the changes due to Covid, and getting me the best deal on my rescheduled cruise, and her patience when I do not always understand the modern technology.”

“We cannot praise Lauren enough for the assistance she has provided us throughout our turbulent booking. This has been through no fault of Cruise 118. Lauren has been courteous and excelled in going the extra mile to give us alternative options after RCCL cancelled our original booking. “Shelly Brackerbury the lady on the phone was very helpful and even pointed out to me some mistakes P&O had on their database which she said she would correct. The booking confirmation came through quickly on email although I prefer to receive it in paper form due to the difficulty in getting my printer to print the whole page of an email.”
