Simple to book on line and the benefit of on board spends when booking ( which wasn’t available with P and O direct )-so better value for money . We had a problem getting our tickets printed with P and O and despite e mails and calls to P and O didn’t get anywhere . The day before we were due to cruise we still could not access the tickets so I rang cruise 118 and they were really helpful and got the tickets e mailed to me within 20 minutes so a big thanks to Paul and Keeley for their help. If we had booked direct with P and O we would not have been able to speak to anyone as their helpline just cuts you off !!!

Booked with Rebecca Rimmer, she made the process of booking really easy. We are not seasoned cruisers so was relying in her experience to guide us through. Which she did perfectly. Been very quick at getting back with other questions have, so have put us at ease with our booking. Thanks

very easy and quick booking peocess and any mistakes solved very quickly. no problem with booking done by stecy green . very helpful for our group of 34. luckly we didnt book through pando. they have the worst coustmer service and even after 40 min wait problem not solved. we all thanks stecy green for the great servise

My issue was dealt with my Claire Ketteringham. She was was personable, professional and responsive. She dealt with my issues as soon as she possibly could and kept me informed throughout. It was really lovely to get a response from an actual person rather then a automated response. I would not hesitate to book with cruise118 again, purely for the customer service I have received.

Your system for amending or changing cruise bookings is frustrating. Can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to get any action which is not a lot of good if the cruise to which ones wishes to change is booking up fast, and frankly a £50 pp charge is extortionate. In future I will book direct, for example, with P&O and cutting out Cruise 118. I wish to make a change to the Ts & Cs relating to my current booking and I anticipate nothing but trouble when I try toget through on the phone later today.

Unfortunately, our Service Team are dealing with a huge number of amendments and cancellations due to cruise lines changing or suspending their sailings and we work through these bookings in departure date order to make sure everyone is contacted fairly. If the cruise you wish to amend to has limited availability or has a promotion that is due to expire, then of course we can look into this for you. We wanted to book a small cruise for our grandchildren, just Southampton to Southampton. We were told our grandchildren needed to be double jabbed 🥴they are 8 and 10. No children of this age have even one jab !!! Little bit of ageism in reverse here. Also fail to understand why you are advertising kids clubs on these cruises,I wouldn’t use them for our grandchildren but who are they for ???

Dear Kathryn, Thank you for your review. Depending on your travel date, some cruise lines do have a policy where all passengers need two jabs, including children. However, there are several cruise lines where children under 12 are not required to be double jabbed and just need a negative PCR test to sail.
