“I rang Cruise118 to price up a cruise for us and was greeted by a very helpful and friendly Jason Archbald, this was my first time using Cruise 118 but will use again. Jason was very knowledgeable and attentive, every time I spoke with him if he said he was going to look into something for me and would ring back he always rang back very promptly. We would not hesitate in using Jason again.”

“I have never used Cruise118 before to book a cruise and did not expect the high standard of service that was provided. Jen was absolutley fantastic; she was reassuring, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and incredibly friendly. It was especially helpful talking to someone who has first-hand knowledge of the cruise and the countries we will be visiting. Jen's expertise in providing tips and extra ideas to enhance our itinerary was brilliant and we ended up with a trip that is much better than we started with. The cruise is not until 2024 but I am reassured that the excellent service will continue. Sue.”

“Excellent service from both sales staff and after sales concierge. I had no delay getting through on the phone which was brilliant, so cruise 118 obviously realise the frustration that can be caused when waiting forever to speak to a human being! Well done cruise 118.”

“Left an honest review over a week ago about incorrect information given to me about blue light discount which cost us a 5% discount with P&O. Review was answered by 118 who said they would speak to their booking agent and get back to me within a few days. Been 8 days still no reply!.”
