“Prompt and efficient support resolved a problem created by NCL, with Lorraine at 118 finding a new solution for our family group, where the original cruise had been booked direct with NCL who provided a very poor customer outcome and stopped communicating completely.”

“Another cruise booked with Hannah making that 2 cruises in one month! Her super efficient response is the reason that I will continue to book with her. I have never had such amazing communication with a cruise line in all of the 10 cruises that we have done. She is a credit to this company!”

“It's true to say that we weren't a hard sell as we knew exactly what we wanted. None the less Hannah our Sales Concierge was extremely helpful and carefully to explain everything before we booked. She also managed to make a connection with us during the call which is extremely important for the customer.”
