“We have consulted Brittany a number of times on various holidays for ourselves and for our children. At all times Brittany has resolved all of our queries very quickly and has gone beyond her remit to help us to understand situations which we have found difficult. I would recommend Brittany to anyone booking a cruise. Her pleasant attitude is welcome when lots of information has to be explained. That is why we continue to book with Cruise 118 - we feel safe with Brittany!!!”

“Very professional booking procedure with Max. Thorough and detailed. He rang back as arranged. Top service. Had had previous dealings with customer services re a future cruise credit with RCI. Long, drawn out but the staff were unfailingly helpful and never lost interest. I don't see the need to book another cruise other than with Cruise118.”
