“First time used Cruise 118.com and had the fortunate experience to be able to link up with Lexie (Katie Longstaff), one of the advisers at Cruise 118. She was superb in assisting with every question that I had, spent loads of time coming up with suggestions and continued with her after service when I made a decision and booked the cruise. The information was very detailed and concise, very competitively priced and a good range of cruises. Such an excellent service and experience on 1st attempt. Thank you both Cruise 118 and especially Lexie !!”

“Excellent service from Sam Bender to achieve what we wanted, he has booked several of our cruises we have found him to be extremely efficient. We have been using 118 almost since it began and have always found everyone very helpful, be assured we won’t be changing our agent any time soon! Only one criticism often difficult to get through by telephone which is frustrating as we like to discuss our options on a person to person basis.”

“Absolutely brilliant when it came to booking but felt very let down with the after care . No reply to the two emails I sent and then when I eventually got hold the agent it just felt like she wasn’t interested in helping with my questions and then didn’t bother getting back to me on the information I wanted to know when she said she would . Still haven’t heard anything and that was about 6 weeks ago now . Give up !”
