Very pleasant staff, did not have to wait on the phone a long time. John tried to get me the best deal possible and provided feedback at each stage. One tip is to just to take a little longer reading the terms and conditions part at the end so that everything has time to sink in.

not impressed, cant access Princess, don't have smart phone, don't do apps, no one is helping me and I cruise on Friday, too much stress, wish I had NEVER booked!!

The person I spoke with was Lorraine Smith, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I booked one cruise for 2022 and went back to Lorraine for a quote on another cruise, which I also ended up booking. Thanks to Lorraine for her help and for being so informative.

Rebecca Rimmer was absolutely exceptional with customer service. Our booking took a very long time due to covid, lots of questions, lots of waiting and lots of information and research and she stuck through it all with us with a positive, helpful and informative manner, we undoubtedly would not have got booked without her. She was super resilient and had the customer in mind throughout and deserves recognition for that.

I would like to thank Rebecca Rimmer for all her help in booking the ideal caribbean cruise in celebration of my 60th birthday next year. Annonomous I will never use this company again very poor communication and never respond to emails or fob you off with excuses. Had to cancel due to ill health and will only get less than a quarter refund absolutely disgusting. Terrible company I ad vise stay away

Gill was very helpful We had had our cruise cancelled But she got us on same destinations. However larger ship & two weeks later than originally booked. Regardless we are happy because we still wanted to go

My first time booking with 118 . Not a long wait when I phoned, so that was a bonus straight away. Vicky listened to my individual needs, then found ideal cruise and stateroom. I even booked a second one as the process so quick and easy. Vicky was very polite and professional.... I will definitely use them again.

I booked my first ever cruise with 118. The staff where very knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service is first class and made the whole process easy. I have had 3 cruises now cancelled due to covid and once again can only commend the 118 staff on their professionalism in handling this.
