“I called Cruise 118 earlier in week to check prices on a P&O cruise and spoke to Rebecca Rimmer.She was knowledgeable and informative. We agreed that she would call me today to discuss if I wanted to book the cruise. Amazingly, the price had gone down by £1000 so very happy to book. She has sent me confirmation email with my booking details and reassured me that I can ring her on her direct line number if have any queries. Excellent customer service and has an approachable manner. Thanks Rebecca and Cruise 118”

“Dreadful customer service . I have been trying to retrieve my deposit from 118 for 10 weeks ,still without success . I am given a different story every time I call and promised calls are not received .”

“We feel so lucky to have booked our holiday through Rebecca Rimmer, she has been nothing short of excellent, professional and a very good listener who came across as actually caring about helping us find the most ideal holiday that would work for us as a family, opposed to and dare I say it just trying to make a sale, at no point did she make us feel that way, it makes a refreshing change. We had a few concerns about specific requirements and she solved them and in fact surpassed our expectations. Thank Rebecca, thanks to you we have our dream holiday booked that is perfect and Cruise 118 has a new happy customer.
