“Andrea contacted us about our recent sailing out of Barbados when it was introduced, 15 months ago, in the middle of Covid. We booked and Andrea the ever changing flight details as they evolved as we saw flights resume. We have had a superb cruise and have booked a further 6 cruises! Thanks to Andrea (Crystal) and Cruise 118.”

“I have booked a Celebrity Grand Voyage cruise, the cruise Concierge Rebecca Rimmer was amazing, although we had some issues over advertised costs she stayed calm and was extremely professional. I would like to further compliment her manager who helped sort out our issue. Thanks again Cruise 118 for being our preferred agent and your super team. Thanks again Rebecca for all your help 👍”

“Prompt and efficient support resolved a problem created by NCL, with Lorraine at 118 finding a new solution for our family group, where the original cruise had been booked direct with NCL who provided a very poor customer outcome and stopped communicating completely.”
