“In this time, when more technology is being used and uncertain circumstances, I comment all the staff of cruise118 that I have spoken to with regards to cancelled cruises, rebooked, cruises, but especially Clair, who has had " the patience of Job" in helping me through all the checkin and changes.”

“Cruise118 is our regular “go to” cruise travel agent. We have found the Sales Concierge staff to be most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Recent changes to our itinerary by the cruise line initiated several questions to “118”. We were fortunate to receive help and advice from Chris. She answered ALL my questions promptly and clearly with supporting attachments where necessary. Great service - thank you.”

“Caroline was, efficient, knowledgable, helpful & very perdonable, even though she was near the end of a very long shift ! She was able to answer all my questions & the whole booking process was quick & simple, but at no time was there any pressure to commit. I 've only recently booked my cruise, so obviously can't comment on the cruise itself, but if everything goes as smoothly as the booking, it will be a fantastic holiday - thankyou Caroline !”

“I generally don't leave reviews but I have to say thank you and well done to Lexi who was excellent in booking our second cruise booked with 118 this month. There was an immediate rapport and the booking process was very smoothly handled. Additionally she helped with a query on my first booking which I booked on line and everything was fully resolved. Well done Lexi great work and a joy speaking with you”
