“In recent years we have always booked our cruises with Cruise 118. Our sales concierge, Rebecca Rimmer is excellent. She is brilliant at helping us sort out all the travel details of flights, hotels, transportation from airport to port etc. We are given excellent advice on choice of cabins, hotels etc to ensure that all we have to do is relax and enjoy our holiday.”

“Spoke with Louise on several occasions to get a price match and sort out a good deal on 2 cruises. She also helped in forwarding details to loyalty match Royal Caribbean with MSC. Anyway after getting the quotes and mulling prices over we made 2 bookings for this year. She went above and beyond for us and even got me a good discount without using my Blue Light card.”

“Devastated, as my family who booked after me got the exact same for £700 less, was refused price match. Not very clear about cost whilst booking. Its put me off going ,not A good start.”
