“I found the 118 contact Concierge Karoline very helpful and upfront with her advice. I did not book a cruise with 118 but this was not a slight on the cruise concierge it was all to do with the cost. Will use 118 again when looking for future cruises.”

“Very quick and easy booking and finalising our payment for our holiday. Always a first class service. Only downside was that we upgraded one booking and when we come to pay for it the next day the promotion had been removed and there was nothing we could do. Not Cruise118 fault but we managed to lose $400 obc. Should be something in place to secure the booking we had asked for less than 24 hours previously. Cruise118 handled everything professionally as always.”
