“website gave a price of half price. I came to book it and was told that they would not ever sell at that price. scammers”

“Sadly not what it used to be 😢 still my go to agent to book cruises but so difficult to get through when you can’t complete online! Also agents taking a booking off one who’s done all the groundwork when I’ve called back to finalise a booking and then screwing up the basics. Just booked a Christmas Cruise, one lady searched, another guy took the booking (because she’d gone home) I had to ring her again because I could ent get on to the site. 4 days later I still can’t view documents. Another phone call after the bank holiday. At 77 this is getting too difficult! CANNOT GET LIVE CHAT ONLINE !!”

“Booked by phone. … much prefer that to online booking … Tracey Ashton ever so friendly and seemed efficient….. But …. Tracey Ashton was to come back to me re flights from regional airports ….. she did not Tried to call your Service Team. …. No reply E mailed your concierge address …. My message was bounced back Have never used you before and doubt if I will do so again You ask below how long before you replied to queries. You need to add a tick box for Never”

“Due to the virus lockdown, we had to cancel our arrangements with 118 But thanks to the 118 team they pulled out all the stops to get the refunds that were due. So I can only say that I highly recommend this company when planning a cruise.”

“We have used Cruise 118 before but a considerable time ago we were very happy with them at the time so didn't hesitate to book through them again I spoke with Daniel Norris this time and he has been absolutely great to deal with He has been very helpful with everything so far and went out of his way to get our cruise booked We are now looking forward to our NCL cruise in January and will hopefully be able to thank him even more on our return Many thanks Daniel Regards Karen Marsh”
