I ordered and paid for our tickets and all documents to be delivered to me, 2 days before we were leaving i was still waiting for my tickets, and why did i have a 4 hour drive to Manchester when people on this cruise went from Glasgow,i have used youre service a few times and told friends it was a good service not anymore i paid for a service and all i got was stress never again.

Just appalling service! Where do I start! Booked cruise online and payment didn’t go through! Was contacted by a team member but unable to do anything there and then as didn’t want to take payment again. Promised to call me during the day one way or the other. No contact by 6.30 pm so called, left a message with a colleague and was told that the person in question I was dealing with earlier would only be a couple of minutes and would call me back.About an hour later, I called again as didn’t know what time they were closing. Got through to said colleague eventually and apologised for not getting back to me! Said had been very busy! I replied that really wasn’t my problem!Advised that it would have to be looked into by someone else! Said they had flagged it up. But still no progress. Asked if I could cancel as nothing had been taken out of our account and couldn’t at that time! Asked if it could be reserved as I was concerned rooms would be gone as cruise departing at end of month! Asked to speak to a manager but said could not say how long I would wait. I expressed my disappointment in the service I had received so far. Asked what time they closed and was told 8 pm at this time it was a few minutes to. I was assured they would call when in tomorrow as soon as back at work. Then I was told ‘you will have to excuse me’ and the phone conversation had ended!!!!! I was called today and told they could go ahead and book again but informed them that I didn’t want to! Extremely bad service and I’m sorry but I won’t be using again. This needs to be looked into. Communication is key, if I had been contacted back, as promised, and not had to chase. I would have been happy to wait till the following day!

Update on my review from 48 hours ago! STILL have not had my request actioned! They will be great in taking your money to book it, but expect nothing from them when they get your money!

Cannot get hold of the concierge team after sales! I have tried email - they sent it back telling me they don't read the emails now! Tried phoning - still on hold 45 minutes later. If I manage to get through, I am actually thinking of cancelling. If you want ANY form of after sales service - do not book with them.

Be very careful. When things go wrong and you are miles from home in another country, there is absolutely no help. Out of pocket and stress that can't be measured. I will never use this agent again

Appalling Customer Service! Absolutely non existent and deliberately evasive. Several weeks ago I spent hours on hold, trying to request a transfer of my booking WOR-91586 [ Cunard suggested this was possible when I spoke to them direct on 31/3/22- but they cannot action this as I booked via Cruise118] to the Cunard cruise V333. Eventually I managed to speak to a Cruise 118 advisor, who could not action any changes - but told me they had completed a 'request form' that the sent to the ‘request team’ [ Shelly 31/3/22 at 3.42pm] to amend the original booking. 3 weeks later - NOTHING! It is nigh impossible to get any form of direct contact with a representative - however, even when you do manage to get through, they are unable to action anything. I am about to send a formal external complaint about their system and will NEVER book with them again. If you are thinking of booking with them - JUST SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME AND TROUBLE AND DON'T!!!! Cliff Coppins

Hi wanted to extend my cruise to Australia. By travelling on to New Zealand Rang three weeks ago still waiting for someone to bother to get back to me. Rubbish customer service

Making a booking was quite easy but checking some points was absolutely horrendous. Try contacting them by phone or email and you have very little chance of getting in touch with anybody. First and probably the last time we deal with this company. We should have booked direct with Royal Caribbean even if it costs more. Not impressed at all once I had paid a deposit. Also the booking states that the balance was fully payable on the same date as we booked when the guy from Cruise 118 said the balance was due in November for our scheduled trip in March 2023. Doh!!!

This is based on the service received so far, which is far from satisfactory, still waiting for a manager to contact me, spent hours on the telephone, told the office was closed when trying to contact 118,this was at 4-30 p.m. !

Really good in the Sales dept, after that e-mails go unanswered, I have waited for 2 weeks still no reply - extremely long waits on the phone lines (currently still on hold 72 mins still not answered) My bill has to be paid by Monday - its Saturday now and the bill is wrong! FCC have still not been applied after 4 weeks. Shocking and no excuse for it, if the sales team can answer so can the after sales team.

Appalling! Made booking online, took money and received no confirmation. Called them to enquire and I don’t exist. Customer services actually sighed when I said I hadn’t had my email confirmation. Now trying to get my money back.

Booking was easy, taking your money even easier, getting in contact after booking FORGET IT! Cannot log on to "My booking" Cannot find "Live chat" Tried to phone the already booked number at 4.00pm to be told they are now closed. Happy now to cancel my cruise with them but probably could not get my money back.

Rubbish booked a cruise with you the ship got changed you got in touch once with me , I booked it in September I am still waiting to find out if I am going or not , I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from cruise 118 .

We booked a cruise last year to sail on NCL Joy in January, Cruise118 messed up the booking, then after it was reinstated, NCL then cancelled the cruise. Still trying to sort refunds. Takes on average over 20 mins to get through on the phone. Service was nothing short of awful, if you email it takes unto 7 days. Used Cruise 118 for many years, and had a great agent, who sadly left. Totally uninterested once they have your money Won't be using again!
