Booking was easy, but the lack of essential information leaves a lot to be desired, I have no Booking ref to access RCI online check in which after taking well over 30 cruises I know the procedure and something is really wrong here Usually ater booking a cruise I can access it on my Crown and Anchor website but this cruise as not come up. Regards the free wine the website given was not recognised and I think the time for placing this offer as now lapsed so this also needs to be looked at. Since returning from holiday last week expecting more information regarding this booking, is non existant. I have contacted Rebekkah Gale twice with no success. Regards Ann Porter

Miriam was very friendly and quite helpful, I did feel we rushed through the details of the cruise booking , she had agreed to give me a £20 discount ! Then when she was doing the final pricing said there was a £29.50 booking fee. I have never paid a booking fee with the other companies I have booked with and know I should not have agreed to book at the time. It was after I had paid and put the phone down I thought about it and did email Mirium who I understand spoke to her manager who in turn said they dont charge if you have booked with them before.! I won't be booking with them again on principle.

RANG TO ENQUIRE ABOUT A CRUISE FEATURED IN A LEAFLET IN THE POST NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME TOLD SOMEONE WOULD RING BACK NEXT DAY WAITED UNTILL LUNCHTIME THOUGHT THEY HAD FORGOTTEN RANG AGAIN TO ASK FOR INFO ON HOTELS & AIRLINES LADY HAD TO WORK IT ALL OUT AFTER ABOUT 1 HR ON PHONE PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN QUOTED OFFER DECLINED 1 HOUR LATER MARK RANG & SORTED BOOKING IN 20 MINS PITY LADY DID NOT SAY IT WAS NOT HER DEPARTMENT & TRANSFERED ME TO THE CORRECT ONE SAVING US BOTH TIME & INCONVIENIENCE EXELENT SERVICE IN THE END

As we have booked with 118 before we emailed our last cruise concierge but received no answer. After about 4 days we did speak to another concierge. We were kept hanging on the phone for a couple of exceptionally long periods at a high minute by minute cost. We did book the cruise we had enquired about. As a last comment. 118 had an offer on at the time if booked by 28th March u received a Body Shop consignment this has never been recieved. We do book several cruises a year always in suites and sometimes take our children and grandchildren with us so do spend a lot of money on cruises. Christine flynn

I feel frustrated that as a loyal customer to cruise 118 that I consistantly ask to be notified of any late deals nobody serms to contact me. On several occasions l have asked Debbie to keep me in the loop but I nevrr receive a call I have now booked 5 Fred Olsen cruises with Cruise 118 within the past 12 months. I now intend to change my travel agent as I am looking for some personal service as apposed to order takers Bill Chippington 07834 001001

After my enquiry I was quickly called back to see if I wanted to go ahead. My booking was taken efficiently and confirmation was sent by email. There were a couple of admin errors which was fine as this was pointed out and amended. However, at this time (5th Jan) I asked to change from Late to Early dining and, although I have emailed twice to confirm if this has been done, I have heard nothing in the past 2 weeks. I have just emailed again. I prefer email as I have a record of anything discussed. I was sold on the fact that I had one person to deal with rather than passed around the company...now I am not sure!

Unfortunately I lost my first choice of cabin as it hadn't been reserved whilst I sorted out my flights so was very disappointed about this.

on 2 occasions trying to telephone, after i had booked a cruise found was very poor 20mins in a queue then told to leave a message is the best way for ring back, having left a message to ring me back nobody did. the holiday confirmation detail was wrong this was on the second confirmation that i received. 3rd confirmation detail was right. regards david pickering

First time customer! Not feeling confident so far! Concierge a brilliant idea though, and have given me assurance that all is fine! Have made contact twice since booking! First time to find out what had happened to my booking as no contact or acknowledgement had been made. Second time because the dates of the cruise had been entered wrongly, although the flights were correct . I think Directly after the initial telephone booking it Would be good to have at least an acknowledgement that a booking has taken place and is being processed, no acknowledgement and nothing makes you wonder if you've done the right thing! Now waiting for Thompson cruises to issue their booking confirmation! Not much longer I hope!

I ticked 'Normal' because it took many efforts; and much expense Holding and listening to Messages to get through, without success, hence I requested a Call Back. However; once I got a Call-Back from Michelle Clarke; she was the BEST AGENT I've EVER spoken to; her knowledge of departure Port was impressive; and I've rank her exceptional! bookedholiday paidpromptly then next you sent me an offer of a kindle if I spent over 5000£ which I just had, so you said I received a discount of 100£ off the hol which I wasn't toldof at the time I have not yet booked my excursions but will look around and will be very very reluctant to use or recommend your company to anyone in the circumstances

Found a free phone number on Shearings website when I was looking for a river cruise which turned out to be Cruise 118. Lady was very helpful and did the booking for me but never really explained who I was booking with. Received booking confirmation by email which was fine but the quoted itinerary was incorrect so I asked for it to be corrected and sent again. Heard nothing since and this was 3 weeks ago.
