“When we had a crisis and needed to get a document to our lawyers in Leeds by an unbreakable deadline, Courier Expert came up trumps. Other local couriers couldn't guarantee delivery so we were really pleased to find Courier Expert. Their rates were extremely reasonable too. We got our deal done and I'd certainly use Courier Expert again.”

“I found the service extremely good and will definitely use it again. In the past I always had to make calls or track goods online however with the Courier Expert I was kept informed every step of the way. I also found the booking process very professional and friendly.”

“I was really impressed with this service. The price was very reasonable and I straight away wondered what the service would actually be like but I received, within seconds, email confirmation that I had a driver assigned and that he would be with me within 29 minutes. He was and he was friendly. I received an email to say that my parcel had been collected only seconds after I had handed it over and then received a further email confirming that it had been delivered as well as a courtesy telephone call. All in all, from calling to enquire about availability and price to confirmation that the parcel had been delivered was 2 hours (and there was a 40 minute journey to make with the parcel. People often complain about poor service and forget quickly about good service. This was good. Will definitely use again (I was so impressed, I actually rang them to say so!).”

“Superb service! Very Quick to quote, and to assist with your needs. Prices are very good in comparison to other companies, and the service overall is very efficient with speedy quotes, confirmations, notifications, and invoices direct to your email. “Really happy with the service we received. Friendly and efficient customer service and a simple to complete online booking form. Plus the courier was very proactive in keeping me posted with progress and confirming when the package was delivered. It was an urgent delivery and arrived in good time. “Excellent service and price - Called late in the evening for a next day pick up and delivery, Coventry to Oxford. Helpful gentleman on phone who gave a price that was extremely reasonable, so booked and paid with credit card there and then. Received immediate email confirmation and then was contacted by the local courier within 20 minutes to confirm pick up time. Pick up confirmed on line, then parcel collected on time and a further email sent confirming delivery time. Would recommend this service.”

“The Customer Services was very helpful as I was doing a same day pick up and delivery. The price was reasonable. I received confirmation emails of the quote and booking, collection was made within their time frame. The delivery was made in a timely fashion. This is the second time we have used them for a Same Day Delivery and both times we have had no issues with the service.”
