“Package had to be with client before 4:30pm, 5:00pm latest, driver had traffic issues and was delayed. Vehicle was supposed to be a car but a transit van collected for delivery. Driver did his very best to get package delivered to a site where the contact had left for the weekend. Driver was able to gain access to the building and find someone to sign for the documents from the correct department.”

“The courier arrived to collect the parcel within the stated time. He delivered the parcel earlier than anticipated and sent a confirmation text. If /when the need arises I will use this company again.”

“Faultless service, Courier Expert accepted our collection and delivery requirements at quite short notice and fully met them. Furthermore, we received updates via email at every stage, so we weren't left in any doubt that our package was on track. “Phone for an urgent same day delivery going to a local address, then had to change the delivery location much further away. This was changed with no fuss and our parcel made it to it's final destination in plenty of time. We will make Courier Expert our first call.”

“A very good service, collected around midday and delivered 6 pm to London address as promised. Excellent customer service when requesting updates on the whereabouts of your driver, etc. Would use Courier Expert again and recommend their services to colleagues.”

“Courier Experts were extremely helpful, with emails hit my mailbox as we were speaking with quotations and delivery times. The courier arrived nearly 15 minutes sooner than estimated and the letter arrived at destination almost an hour earlier than expected. Highly recommended”
