“Package had to be with client before 4:30pm, 5:00pm latest, driver had traffic issues and was delayed. Vehicle was supposed to be a car but a transit van collected for delivery. Driver did his very best to get package delivered to a site where the contact had left for the weekend. Driver was able to gain access to the building and find someone to sign for the documents from the correct department.”
