“Courier Expert have honestly made my day! I needed an urgent collection and delivery which driver Andrew completed for me within 2 hours. Most reasonably priced service I could find online. I booked it on the Friday for the Monday and the 95 miles were completed within great time. Seemless from start to finish, the customer service team were great and the driver provided proof of pick up and drop off which was so helpful. I would 100% recommend for any urgent deliveries! Thank you so much Courier Expert.”

“Needed an emergency delivery as the usual couriers were not able Needed a courier for an urgent delivery as the usual suspects were not able to help. Found these guys on Google. The online process to book was easy but when needed to talk to a human there is a very nice and professional person on the phone to talk to. The driver was excellent and polite. The parcel was picked up in London and delivered tonight (when writing) near Cambridge in under 2 hours for a very good price. Highly recommended and now my first port of call for urgent deliveries.”

“Excellent service from this courier company from start to finish. The driver arrived at the collection point for my two small furniture items on time, photographed my items before starting the journey, to the app, where I could see them on his vehicle. The journey from west Berkshire to southeast London was nonstop and consistent and I was able to track him live along the route. The driver also notified me five minutes prior to arrival at my address, as requested during the booking process where this option is offered. My items arrived on time and in perfect condition, the driver, Mohammad, was professional friendly and efficient. I’ve never used courier expert before, they have been fantastic from start to finish. Their detailed app is fantastic and the live tracking is accurate and miles better than anything Royal Mail or parcel force could ever offer. All round fantastic communication and outstanding customer service that doesn't disappoint, I couldnt recommend them highly enough.”

“Not great – loved the booking process but then the updates were poor – the driver went to the wrong collection point despite the correct address being on the booking. He then seemed to go wrong and it took way longer than expected to deliver – will probably look elsewhere next time which is a shame as there was a lot to like – perhaps I was just unlucky but not sure I would take that risk again.”
