“Outstanding service from Courier Expert and Hasib We had an excellent experience with Courier Expert, and especially with the courier Hasib. He helped us recover two passports we had accidentally left at a hotel in Liverpool and delivered them safely and securely to our next hotel in London. Hasib kept in touch throughout the journey and called us along the way, which gave us great peace of mind. The communication was clear, friendly, and professional, and we were able to track his journey in real time. The booking process was simple and efficient, and the entire service felt both reliable and reassuring in a stressful situation. “Great Customer service as always. I use CourrierExpress for the last 3 years. The professionalism of all drivers is second to none. Never has an issue in the past 3 years. The delivery success rate is 100% I do not know who the CEO of Courrier Expert is but his office and logistic team should be an example for all the Legacy Courriers in UK ex: (DHL, ParcelForce, Every etc.) They have the best Software very user friendly interface and easy to track the parcel progress.
