“Needed an emergency collection and delivery immediately to drop off 8 miles away rand courier expert and was quoted (not a ridiculous amount) - they said delivery would be by 3pm - I accepted, paid and then was updated at regular intervals as to the progress of the job Delivery was made as promised at the time promised for the figure promised what more could you ask for?”

“I strongly recommend Couier expert. The telephone booking was carried out by a patient guy, despite my confusion over the delivery address. The rest of the service was very efficient and I was informed at each stage of the process of where the parcel was and the drivers details Overall, very very pleased”

“I obtained a quote the day previous to us needing the same day courier service. That was e-mailed to myself. I then booked the courier for the following day. He was here early and the documents were delivered promptly. Every thing was clearly e-mailed to me ie the time the documents were picked up and also the time they were delivered along with the name of the signatory. Very pleased. Would definatley use again.”

“The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. A friendly courier arrived within the hour and my documents arrived at their destination ahead of schedule. Using a courier is never the cheap option but, if you need something delivered in a hurry, I'd definitely recommend Courier Expert.”

“The courier didn't arrive until 11:40am even though the quote for the service stated pickup was to be approximately 10:00am. I was informed via phone the pickup time may be more towards 11:00am as there were no drivers available immediately. I accepted this as the drop off at the delivery address would still be between 12:00 and 12:30pm as it was needed urgently for a meeting. The driver got lost on his way to the pick up address and on arrival was on the phone and was rude to the assistant operations manager who handed him the package. The driver asked where it was to be delivered and when he was told it was to go to Sheffield he moaned and seemed reluctant to continue with the job. Overall a poor service.”

“It is the first time we have used Courier Expert and it certainly will not be the last. We don't do an awful lot of work that requires a courier but when we do we need it to be delivered urgently. I booked a courier for 7am ..I arrived at 6:45 and he was waiting for me. He was given instructions to hand to the person the file was addressed to and no one else and to phone us as soon as this was done. Before 10am he had phoned to say it had been passed to the person concerned and we also we received an e-mail confirming this from his office. We were very impressed with the service and price. Also I would like to add the telephone sales staff were very efficient polite and helpful. We received a confirmation invoice that morning confirming our payment. I would recommend Courier Expert, in fact have already done, to our Bidding Department who have taken their details for future reference. We certainly will use them again”
