“The RCIB offering on your site indicated that windscreen breakages were covered free of charge; whereas, only on completion of accepting the cover, I discovered that there was an £80 surcharge for replacements and a £20 surcharge for repairs.

“Asking for van insurance stating use for business purposes. Quotes came through. After closely reading the policies, they were giving cover for private use social domestic and pleasure only. Hardly acceptable for a quality comparison site.”
