“Aviva were absolutely useless being masters of the art of not allowing customers to contact them and do despite two days of trying I gave up trying to take up their quote.
Comparison sites would greatly improve their appeal if they included a service that indicated whether an insurer had means in which a potential client could actually talk to a human (not a bot or a bot falsely masquerading as a human operator) and that customer service actually meant something to them.”
“The quotation was not accurate, the link to insurer did not work and upon ringing the insurer, the quote was £65 more than that on the comparison site , reason given by the insurer was they did not have the driver licence number, so I don’t see a logical reason why it should increase due to giving the licence number”
“good comparison site , and found me a good deal .. i think i messed up getting my £20 voucher though by buying the insurance accidently straight with the insurer in stead of through confused. .. would be good if there was a note there explaining this .. but apart from that ( my fault ) good experience”
“give chep qoutes and then make the price high and if done though them with any company takes dopisitewhich first shows first month it will take this only after foing that insurance the again take the same amount of insurance within 7 days not much happy with this”

“Asking for van insurance stating use for business purposes. Quotes came through. After closely reading the policies, they were giving cover for private use social domestic and pleasure only. Hardly acceptable for a quality comparison site.”
