“I have a claim against me, I provided information about the claim to the insurers, they gave me an acceptable quote, I payed the premium the was than told to pay £120.00 extra because of the claim against me, which i had already told them about. This has happened twice from companies using your site.”

“Very competitive quotations with lots of options to look at. Tried different comparison sites. One was very expensive, the other roughly same prices as Confused but I found the Confused website easier to navigate. Also like the rewards Confused offered.”
“I'm confused with confused.com. when getting quotes for van insurance on there site one came up which was very competitive so went with it. Tried to claim rewards but company did not show up so contacted confused rewards and they said 'Unfortunatley, the Insurance company Cornmarket is not listed on confused.com for Van insurance.' But obviously they are as brought the van insurance. Don't offer rewards or company's prices if not willing to fulfill your offers!!!!”
