Confused.com MUST be responsible & CLEARLY ensure that Viewers / Customer being provided WITH MOST INSURANCE BROKER COMPANIES QUOTES ... WILL be charged a BROKER Insurance ADMINISTRATION FEE for their services which is Added / on Top to any Provided Visual given QUOTE ... & NO this is NOT fully understood by MOST VIEWERS / PROPOSED CUSTOMERS at Confused.com DON'T PUT IT IN YOUR SMALLPRINT WHERE ITS VERY RARELY IF EVER READ ... BE BOLD Confused.com make it nice & BIG for viewers to both SEE & BE AWARE OF !!!

They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. Prices given are not accurate when you get a price you expect the cover you asked for price goes from £800 to £1200 big difference and not the cover you need

Very complicated to navigate and when finally got a quote the company were not able to be contacted by phone .so not fit for purpose at all

The RCIB offering on your site indicated that windscreen breakages were covered free of charge; whereas, only on completion of accepting the cover, I discovered that there was an £80 surcharge for replacements and a £20 surcharge for repairs. Had I known this, I would have remained with my current insurers.

Asking for van insurance stating use for business purposes. Quotes came through. After closely reading the policies, they were giving cover for private use social domestic and pleasure only. Hardly acceptable for a quality comparison site.
