We’re sorry to hear that the price of your insurance has changed. We understand how frustrating that is. We want to clarify that we are a comparison website and do not set the prices ourselves; these are set by our panel of insurers.
Some common reasons why the price may have changed can be changes to the payment method (monthly vs annually), adding optional extras to the quote or upgrading the cover level to a higher option. It’s worth double checking if you have made any changes like these or similar to these.
If no changes were made, the insurer will be able to investigate this for you and provide a resolution. Or you can email our CS team at help@help.confused.com and we will contact the insurer on your behalf to find out what happened.
