I paid a deposit for van insurance & thought the quote was the final price. After speaking to who I thought was the insurance company, I’d made a mistake on one of the questions which increased the price considerably, so said I didn’t want to proceed. I was told because they’d spoken with the insurers I had to pay a £75 admin fee I complained and was told they could charge another £50 for misrepresentation even though it was an innocent mistake. Eventually, they charged me £37.50. I still feel aggrieved as I wouldn’t have paid any deposit had I known the price could change. Will not use the site again. It’s put me off using any comparison isites f they all operate the same way

I was given information that my van insurance was due for renewal taking this information I went ahead and insured the van after I had done this I realised the information was incorrect my vans insurance wasn’t due until November but it was too late to correct the mistake but what I don’t understand is my van is insured by acorninsurance so why did let insure the van I didn’t own.

Spoke to a very efficient sounding guy but although I told him a rough range of quotes that I had received he came up with a price almost double.Shame really he had me hooked until he revealed the price

It is ridiculous to get a reminder and then discover that none of the information confused. Com has been reinstalled. It saves zero time over starting a new quote and is therefore just an advert. Rubbish!

No good to me, as I wanted Motorhome quotes, give site correct information, but still kept being sent to van only insurance

Unfortunately the two lowest quotes on here did not even register. When I tried to view them there was a gateway error. But the 3rd quote worked fine

Confused prices me and transferred me to insurer they they charge me over 250£ extras to give me insurance, I have been using confused for years and this time they got me robbed, very sad and very bad experience

Incredible prices they just not even fixed up and down by more then 80% and 100% prices doubled only in 1 day Same details for the policy no thing changed but prices goes up like rocket only on 1 day period and even more on few days Poor service no control
