Found cheaper elsewhere, once I clicked on a confused link to take me to the price it was saying, the price went up £50 before I had even entered any details

It is ridiculous to get a reminder and then discover that none of the information confused. Com has been reinstalled. It saves zero time over starting a new quote and is therefore just an advert. Rubbish!

Unfortunately the two lowest quotes on here did not even register. When I tried to view them there was a gateway error. But the 3rd quote worked fine

Confused prices me and transferred me to insurer they they charge me over 250£ extras to give me insurance, I have been using confused for years and this time they got me robbed, very sad and very bad experience

This site is a con they take your deposit find ways to bump up your price then cost me £100 to say no would definitely not use again

Incredible prices they just not even fixed up and down by more then 80% and 100% prices doubled only in 1 day Same details for the policy no thing changed but prices goes up like rocket only on 1 day period and even more on few days Poor service no control

An email was sent to me with quotes for my van insurance, I picked the cheapest one and called the number. It turned out the (real quote) was £700 dearer. Wasted two hours of my valuable time.

The price on your site was much lower than what it is when you go the provider’s web site. It jumped from about £430 to about £530 !

Not honest money grabing agents agree to a quote then take your money then ring you back with a problem .underwriters have a problem but for £100 can solve problem or no Cover.

Web site kept freezing on me then throwing me back to the start when I finally got to the end it gave me quotes then you had to got to the insurers web site and re add some of the add ons like no claims protection and legal support which then hiked the price up even though I had added these in on the confused.com. I wasted my time as going direct with another insurer that confused don't use was a lot cheaper.
