“Not received the Ā£20 reward as promised for taking out my van insurance so could have bought somewhere else cheaper. I've queried my claim and the fact that the rewards App doesn't work as intended. Have heard nothing back from you, no support whatsoever, poor service!
Also my wife bought her car insurance through Confused.com and when she tried to claim her Ā£20 reward was told her claim had expired even though she was well within the 60 day time period for claiming. Obviously there is a problem with the App so sorry Confused.com if this isn't sorted, never again, we'll go elsewhere in future.”

Here is how to claim your reward within 60 days of buying car, home, or van insurance:
Open the App/Start by downloading or opening the Confused.com app.
Add to Wallet:
Go to the "Rewards" section, log in, and tap "Add reward to wallet."
Timeline:
We then need to verify your policy details (like your policy number and insurer). Please allow up to 14 working days in some cases.
Make sure your push notifications are on so we can let you know when your reward is verified! You can then redeem your wallet balance for a brand of your choice.
