“Very disappointed as my confused.com app does not work properly so cannot claim my rewards. Attempted to message their customer service team 3 days ago and no response thus far. Think I may have been blocked again for running several quotes on site.”

“i managed to get £30 off my Home Insurance quote by my existing provider , only to find later my 'new' Insurer is part of the same group! Insurers are still not rewarding loyalty - it just doesn't pay. Confused is good at present , as long as they don't force the 'Use the App' issue which will make me change instantly.”

“I seem to always find the price cheaper on Confused after receiving my renewal documents from the current insurer. i.e. Home insurance - Last year £420, this year £502 from existing insurer. re-quote was £460 after attempting to cancel automatic renewal. New quote on Confused was £312 - No adjustments to policy content. There you go ! - Come on Confused give me a big discount for my car insurance too !”
