I bought car insurance through your website no problem but I’ve been trying to buy house insurance ALL day to no avail this offer ends today so I’m sure I’ve missed out!

Useless! After time spent entering my insurance details into the system I received back quotes, but each and every quote was not recognised by the insurance companies.

Obtained quotes from Confused.com and I got a quote from Admiral which was very competitive. When I attempted to purchase the insurance, it said this quote wasn't valid on line. I ended up buying from another comparison site.

Very poor, as not all conditions transferred over to suppliers when quote was clicked on to provider of insurance. Therefore prices quoted changed when details were checked and needed to be updated. Very disappointed and misleading.

Well it was certainly confused! Nothing wrong with the quotes but for whatever reason everything was in the name of Mary Pearson and Robert Cartwright at my address!! The only people living at my address are myself - Kathleen Cartwright and my husband Robert Cartwright! Mary is a disabled relative living in sheltered accommodation who has never had house insurance - only travel insurance. We wrote to you but sorting it out was down to us - so we used a different comparison site! Your record keeping is a concern to say the least, especially given that we used you last year

I spent over half an hour getting quotes,to be transfered to Admiral,complete there questions,give my bank details to be told I could not complete the transaction and to call them the next day.Called the number given the next day and the number was not correct.Went to Direct line next day very easy and saved £40.

While I was sent various quotes for buildings insurance, when I went to go to several of the companies sites I received an automated reply that they were not able to insure based on my answers. No reason was given. Unsure as to why I was given quotes if they were not able to insure me. I went with a different company direct, and there was no problem

Relatively simple way to get a quote, as most of my info was already on file. But cheapest quote from Confused.com of £444.20 turned into £480 approx on contacting the insurer (though I was able to get it down again to £462). Confused.com need to ensure quotes they provide accurately reflect what insurers are offering.

How come I get a qoute from several insurance companies and then several days later when I gom to buy the insurance the companies have vanished. A con no doubt as also the premiums have jumped up

Almost made me pay for home insurance twice by telling me my home insurance had expired. It had not because it is on autorenew. Kind of annoying to panic someone for clicks to your site. Sort it out guys.
