“No ability to contact the company by phone. No response when I emailed with a query. Very disappointing. Assume, this reply will be going to a robot, and they are likely event it is process by AI and comes to the attention of a human being?? Some kind of response would be appreciated!”

“Using my customer account with Saga they quoted £212 then using confused Saga quoted the same level of Home insurance for £122 ??? So it appears that using comparison websites is beneficial but I’m unhappy that Saga didn’t give me the lower quote on their own website as an already existing customer. Not really ethical or treating customers fairly is it !!!”

“Unfortunately, although your results give an indication of the prices, they don't take into account of all the circumstances/answers given. Exclusions in the results are not comprehensive enough to order the insurance direct and in my case, I had to phone the broker/company. One Insurance Solution was unable to provide cover as a result.”
