“One thing learnt from this year's home insurance exercise, Confused and Moneysupermarket use different bodies (Experian and BCIS) to calculate the buildings rebuild cost and the results are very different. As the figure is fed through to the insurer's form, best to check you are comparing like with like on the quotes! Confused generally cheaper I feel - beat MSM by about £10 this year, thanks!”
